Charges other than the product price: Shipping: flat ¥300 within Japan (one shipping fee per item). For international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout; U.S. orders ship with import duties included (no extra fees on delivery).

Payment method and timing: Credit card — payment is completed when your order is placed.
Delivery time: Orders ship within 7 business days of the order date.
Delivery method: Mailbox delivery within Japan; international orders ship by Japan Post tracked airmail (Air Packet or EMS).
Returns, defective items and cancellations: Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience.
Return period: Returns or exchanges due to product defects are accepted within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the shipping cost.

Refund policy: A full refund is issued once the product has been returned to us in its original packaging.
